SalCon’s Sa experience and expertise in the design and manufacturing of shell and tube heat exchangers are well documented and our renowned reputation in this field is well established in our country and abroad. We have a strong reputation with many customers who rate our quality and service. Hundreds of units have been mechanically calculated, engineered and designed, then manufactured and installed.
We design and manufacture new units to all common standards API, ASME, TEMA, PD5500 and EN13445. Different International rules can be applied and additional certifications can be provided according to project final destination and installation.
We can also manufacture spares from drawings or on-site measurements such as replacement tube bundles, shell barrels and channel ends.
As well as new manufacture our services include NDT, cleaning, repair, re-tube and bundle replacement. All of these can be carried out on site or in our 7.000 sq m plant in Thessaloniki.

We fabricate in most materials including monel, Inconel, stainless steels, carbon steels and copper alloys. We have achieved all relevant accreditations.
We also have full in-house design capability with experienced Business Development Engineers always on hand to facilitate our customers’ needs. Thermodynamic selection is performed by HTRI software, worldwide leader for thermal calculation of heat exchangers, approved by major engineering companies.
Mechanical stress calculation is performed by PV Elite and OM software according to codes ASME and EN 13445, while 2D and 3D drawings (Solidworks) can be supplied for each project.
